Legionnaires of Algeroth

In the service of Algeroth, the Apostle of War, are multitudes of shambling corpses, reanimated by means of Necrotechnology. These Undead Legionnaires wear a motley mix of pieces of new and antiquated armor and equipment, some of it "improved" by the twisting influences of the Dark Symmetry. They are armed with the standard assault rifle of the Dark Legion, known as the Kratach -- either in the form of a blocky assault rifle mass-produced in the Citadels, or else a corrupted version of various assault rifles used by the corporations, "enhanced" with Necro-organic bits.

These creatures are led in squads by the foul Necromutants or the fearsome Centurions, but they have one important failing: These Legionnaires have no creativity, no initiative, and if their squad leader is taken out, they will typically just stand there and drool ... stopping their actions like marionettes with their strings cut. Furthermore, less care is taken in the animation of these mass-produced cannon fodder troops, and they are generally inferior to the Undead Legionnaires of the Horde, in that they can only shamble along at a fraction of the pace of a normal man.
