Capitol Antagons

The Antagons comprise a special task force sent by the Capitol corporation to Earth (now known as Dark Eden) to explore the blighted world, make contact with the natives, and either make peace with them or if necessary "pacify" them. The Antagons are led by the even more elite Wolverines, so-named for the Power-Claw weapon they have adapted from the technology of the Lutheran Triad. Although the Antagons and Wolverines originally saw action on Dark Eden, their skills at infiltration and close-quarters combat have given due cause to field them in conflicts with the Dark Legion (and rival corporations) elsewhere in the solar system as well.

Antagons

Representation

The Antagon and Wolverine paint schemes can be found in the Worlds at War: Dark Eden sourcebook. To represent the Antagons, a number of the original Capitol Infantry and Special Forces models would suffice, using putty to add a facemask and/or "baseball cap" as needed. The One-Handed SMG can be represented with the Capitol LMG from the Weapons Packs sets, with the length of the gun clipped off midway and then filed down to be slightly shorter than the standard Assault Rifle. (The Assault Rifle can be similarly modified.) Antagons are painted in a dry-brush silver or grey on black scheme, with blue "baseball caps", and the right shoulder pad decorated with a red, white and blue "stars and stripes" scheme, with golden stars. The HMG Specialist is represented by the Capitol Infantry Heavy Weapon model, with putty to add a facemask to the helmet. The Medic Specialist looks like a regular trooper, only with a white "first aid" backpack added, and a "red cross" splash on one shoulder pad.

The Wolverine can be represented with the Capitol Infantry Sergeant with the "baseball cap", replacing one hand with a Power Claw taken from a Lutheran Fusilier Sergeant, and the other hand modified to hold a One-Handed SMG as above.
