Weapons of the Lutheran Triad are a strange mix of fairly reliable and primitive weapons, more conventional automatic weaponry with an archaic appearance, and melee weapons making use of fairly sophisticated technology. Due to inferior materials and construction, weapons of the Lutheran Triad are less reliable than corporate equivalents, and less accurate, tending toward an emphasis on short-range and close combat. While the basic components are mass-produced out of necessity, individual weapons are typically decorated by the owner. The prices listed below are for basic, unadorned weapons. Used weapons are far more likely to have ornate engravings and other decorations that may cause their value to increase significantly. Actual in-game price may vary greatly, depending on when the weapon is bought, and how. Prices are listed here for the purpose of determining starting equipment.
Helmore
There is no "standard" Helmore blade, per se, though these swords are typically quite long, requiring two hands to use properly, and the curious inclusion of various sharp bits (such as bits of barbed wire wrapped around the crossguard) make it very easy for an untrained user to wound himself when attempting to use one of these swords. True Helmores are fashioned for individual members of the Kinsmen upon completion of the Cleansing, and are not available for sale. "Replicas", however -- generally made more "user-friendly" by leaving off such things as barbed wire and sharp pointy bits on the pommel and hand-guard -- can be purchased when dealing with the Dark Eden Tribes, or with merchants in Luna City.
A significant drawback of Lutheran weapons -- at least from the perspective of outside purchasers -- is that the guns use odd calibers of ammunition incompatible with corporate standards. Finding ammunition for these weapons is difficult in Luna City outside of certain areas, and can cost up to twice the normal price. It's nearly impossible to find such ammunition at a decent price anywhere else in the solar system (except for Dark Eden itself, of course).
(Requires Average Strength to wield this weapon one-handed.)
| Weapon | Weight | Length | 1-Handed Dam. | 2-Handed Dam. | Cost |
| Helmore (Replica) | 6 lb. | 120 cm | 1d4 | 1d6 | 3,000 crowns |
Fist of Judah
This is quite possibly the most popular creation of the Lutheran Triad amongst those corporations it has done dealings with, as this gauntlet-like weapon has become standard issue for the Wolverines of Capitol and the Ulfwerners of Bauhaus. This is basically an oversized, mechanically enhanced gauntlet with vibro-blades extending over the back of the hand. One significant downside of this weapon is that it makes a high-frequency whine when the vibro-engine is engaged, compromising stealth to those who know what to listen for.
(Requires at least Novice Strength to use this weapon. Provides AV 2 to the user's right forearm and hand. Only inflicts 1d4 damage when the vibro-blades are not powered. Unless the wielder has already started up the weapon before entering combat, an action is required to start the Fist of Judah -- Roll 1d20. On a 10 or less, the Fist starts normally. On a 20, there is a malfunction, and the Fist will not work until it can be repaired.)
| Weapon | Weight | Length | 1-Handed Dam. | 2-Handed Dam. | Cost |
| Fist of Judah | 6 lb. | 40 cm | 1d6+1 | - | 5,000 crowns |
Scythe of Maiming
Made with technology similar to that used in the Sickle of Sorrows, this scythe is powered by a chemical tank worn on the back of the wielder, and powered by chemical reactions that take place in this tank. This is a standard weapon for Sergeants of the Lutheran Triad Fusiliers.
(If the weapon is not powered, damage drops to 1d6 one-handed, and 1d6+2 two-handed.)
| Weapon | Weight | Length | 1-Handed Dam. | 2-Handed Dam. | Cost |
| Scythe of Maiming | 15 lb. | 100 cm | 1d8 | 1d8+2 | 10,000 crowns |
Sickle of Sorrows
This is another melee weapon that exhibits fairly sophisticated technology, given the relative simplicity of the other weapons in the Lutheran Triad arsenal. It consists of a sickle mounted on the end of a short polearm carried by the wielder, with cables running back to a generator pack that not only mades the sickle serve as a vibroblade, but electrocutes unshielded targets. This is a standard weapon for the Sergeants of the Disciples -- the core troops of the military of the Lutheran Triad.
(If the weapon is not powered, damage drops to 1d4 one-handed.)
| Weapon | Weight | Length | 1-Handed Dam. | 2-Handed Dam. | Cost |
| Sickle of Sorrows | 10 lb. | 80 cm | 1d6 | - | 6,000 crowns |
Martyr's Nail
The Martyr's Nail is the basic firearm used by Kinsmen. It is a simple double-action revolver, fairly reliable on account of its basic construction, and easily maintained. It's a heavy-hitting weapon, but suffers from poor accuracy and thus a short effective range.
| Weapon | Weight | Length | Clip | Mode | Range | Damage | Cost | Reliability |
| Martyr's Nail | 1.0 | 30 cm | 8 | double action | 60 m | 1d6 | 8 | 1,000 crowns |
Infernal Breath SMG
This is a heavy-hitting, bullet-spraying machine pistol that is belt-fed rather than clip-fed. It is the favored weapon of the Fusilier troops of the Lutheran Triad, who go into battle typically armed with one Infernal Breath in each hand, which says something for their physical strength.
(Requires Average Strength to use one-handed. Ammunition capacity is actually nigh-unlimited, due to the belt feed, but 18 is the normal practical maximum for one-handed use.)
| Weapon | Weight | Length | Belt | Mode | Range | Damage | Reliability | Cost |
| Infernal Breath | 3.5 | 36 cm | 18* | auto | 30 m | 1d6+2 | 3 | 15,000 crowns |
Geminilasher
The Geminilasher is a double-barreled pistol-shotgun, and a standard weapon of the Disciple troops of the Lutheran Triad.
(Requires Average Strength to use one-handed. For purposes of determining ammunition cost, treat the magazine capacity as if it were 20. Each barrel may be shot separately or together at one time.)
| Weapon | Weight | Length | Clip | Mode | Range | Damage | Reliability | Cost |
| Geminilasher | 2.8 | 27 cm | 2 | double action | 10 m | 1d4 | 1 | 3,000 crowns |
Apocalyptic Gusher
The Apocalyptic Gusher is a "pistol"-form flame-thrower, spewing volatile liquids pumped from a large tank typically carried on a horse like a saddlebag. Lutheran Triad Cavaliers often gallop into battle with a pair of these weapons, spraying chemical death on enemy infantry. The sheer bulk of this weapon makes it impractical for personal use.
( If the Apocalyptic Gusher fails its Reliability check, it doesn't jam. Rather, the weapon explodes, doing 3d10 damage to the wielder. )
| Weapon | Weight | Length | Clip | Mode | Range | Damage | Cost |
| Apocalyptic Gusher | 3.6/20.0 | 40 cm/80 cm | 25 | manual | 30 m | 1d10+2 | 13,000 crowns |
Agitator Assault Rifle
The Agitator is the assault rifle of the Lutheran Triad military, of a distinctive design, with a long wooden stock/handle, and a fairly solid metal casing that protects the gun's workings from considerable abuse. The gun is fed by a top-mounted curved clip, and is often engraved with knotwork and various designs. Although the weapon is able to take quite a pounding, it is still of inferior quality compared to corporate assault rifles, and has a reputation for a high rate of misfire and it is not very accurate at long ranges.
| Weapon | Weight | Length | Clip | Mode | Range | Damage | Reliability | Cost |
| Agitator | 7.0 | 82 cm | 24 | auto | 400 m | 1d6 | 4 | 5,000 crowns |
Stigmata Shotgun
The Stigmata Shotgun is fairly representative of various shotguns made and used by the Lutheran Triad -- double-barreled, firing buckshot that is manually loaded for each shot. It's a very simple weapon, and consequently reasonably reliable. Basically, the Geminilasher is just a "sawn-off" version of this shotgun.
| Weapon | Weight | Length | Clip | Mode | Range | Damage | Reliability | Cost |
| Stigmata | 6.5 | 95 cm | 2 | double-action | 20 m | 1d4 | 8 | 4,000 crowns |
Faith Implicitor Machine Gun
This gatling-style gun is so bulky that it is unthinkable that it could be carried by a single operator. Rather, two of these are mounted on a saddle frame and fired by thumb-switches by Lutheran Triad Cavaliers.
( The Faith Implicitor cannot be aimed. The price listed before includes a saddle mount with two HMGs. Each shot fires two bullets at once. If either gun jams, the other may still be used. )
| Weapon | Weight | Length | Belt | Mode | Range | Damage | Reliability | Cost |
| Faith Implicitor | 10.0 | 100 cm | 400 | auto | 500 m | 1d6+4 | 2 | 43,000 crowns |
Greymourn Mortar
This is an anti-personnel rocket-propelled grenade launcher, fairly primitive compared to the weapons used by the corporations, but still devastating to whatever it manages to hit. Each rocket must be manually loaded into the launcher -- The rockets visibly attached to the exterior are there for easy access. Typically, this weapon requires a two-man crew -- one as the firer, and one as a loader and spotter.
( If the firer of the Greymourn rolls a Fumble result, and the Reliability check is failed, there is a 50% chance that the mortar will explode in the tube, doing full damage at ground zero. Additional mortars on the gun will also cause secondary explosions -- one for each additional mortar set off. )

Wrath o' God Hand Grenade
This is a somewhat mysterious, almost legendary weapon that the corporations have not yet confirmed the existence of ... and it would most certainly not be available for sale to the general public in Luna City. The Wrath o' God hand grenade is apparently a remnant of some ancient technology, in that it is not a conventional fragmentation grenade, but rather generates an energy burst of unknown nature that generates a powerful shock wave that radiates outward, shoving people, beasts, tanks and structures aside, and wreaking havoc upon anything that is anchored down. If the Lutheran Triad has access to these weapons, they either have a limited quantity of them, or limited production, because they do not seem to be widely used.
