Capitol weapons are fairly rugged, built with standardized parts and easy assembly, such that any Capitolian soldier is expected to be able to disassemble and reassemble the M-50 assault rifle and M-606 light machine gun while blindfolded. Insofar as weapon performance, Capitolian weapons are as close to "average" as can be found amongst the megacorporations.
Ammunition for clip-fed weapons costs one percent of the cost of the weapon itself for 1 full clip or belt.
Capitol Sword of Honor
| Weapon | Weight | Length | 1-Handed Dam. | 2-Handed Dam. | Cost |
| Capitol Sword of Honor | 4 lb. | 115 cm | 1d4 | 1d6 | n/a |
This sword is purely a token of position. It
is given to officers who are awarded the Chairman's Legion of Honor for
their battle valor and usefulness to the corporation. Unlike the Legion
of Honor medal, the sword can't be awarded to civilians. Despite its "ceremonial" status, and the ornate "eagle's head" pommel, it is quite functional, laser-sharpened to a fine edge.
Sherman Model 7 "Enforcer" Revolver
The Enforcer is one of the cheapest and most popular guns on the streets. It is famous for its reliability. Because of its low cost, it is the most commonly used sidearm of private cops, small time hoods, and homeowners. You can find Enforcers almost everywhere.
| Weapon | Weight | Length | Clip | Mode | Range | Damage | Cost |
| M-7 Enforcer | 1.0 | 27 cm | 6 | double action | 105 m | 1d4 | 1,000 crowns |
Sherman .74 Model 13 "Bolter" Handgun
| Weapon | Weight | Length | Clip | Mode | Range | Damage | Cost |
| M-13 Bolter | 2.2 | 36 cm | 18 | semi-auto | 45 m | 1d6 | 1,900 crowns |
The M-13 Bolter is the most common handgun manufactured by Capitol, and sees frequent civilian use. (The average Capitolian citizen has a gun and knows how to use it.) This weapon is meant to be used with two hands, given its large caliber, thus the odd design.
Sherman Model 15 'Ironfist' Military Sidearm
This is basically a military version of the M-13 Bolter, with an integral grenade launcher mounted under the barrel. This is most certainly not the sort of handgun that you try to perform the "John Woo Method" with.
| Weapon | Weight | Length | Clip | Mode | Range | Damage | Cost |
| M-15 Ironfist | 2.5 | 39 cm | 25 | auto | 60 m | 1d6+1 | 2,700 crowns |
| (grenade launcher | | | 1 | manual | 75 m | 1d6+1 | |
CAR-24 SMG
The CAR-24 is an SMG regularly used by Capitol forces. The CAR-24 has an integral grenade launcher.
| Weapon | Weight | Length | Clip | Mode | Range | Damage | Cost |
| CAR-24 SMG | 3.6 | 53 cm | 20 | auto | 180 m | 1d6+1 | 4,600 crowns |
Calix Carbine
This weapon was designed to be a replacement for the venerable CAR-24, but it was largely unsuccessful, plagued by rumors of unreliability. In actuality, it is a fairly hardy weapon, having some modest improvements over the CAR-24, but replacement parts are hard to come by, and it uses an odd caliber of ammunition, making it a curiosity that is more often found in private collections or packed away in warehouses rather than actually in the hands of Capitolian troops.
Sherman Model 50 Assault Rifle
This is the standard weapon issued to Capitol infantry and special forces. The stock is detachable, and an integral grenade launcher is mounted under the barrel.
| Weapon | Weight | Length | Clip | Mode | Range | Damage | Cost |
| M-50 | 6.1 | 79 cm | 30 | auto | 450 m | 1d6+2 | 6,500 crowns |
M516 Shotgun
The M516S is a single barrel pump shotgun commonly used by Capitolian police forces, and a number have found their ways into the hands of criminals as well. A strictly military version is produced as well, the M516D, which has two barrels (one over the other) and two pumps, capable of being fired in single- or double-barrel modes.
| Weapon | Weight | Length | Clip | Mode | Range | Damage | Cost |
| M516S | 6.4 | 94 cm | 6 | semi-auto | 21 m | 1d4 | 8,200 crowns |
| M516D | 7.7 | 88 cm | 12 | auto | 15 m | 1d4+1 | 9,600 crowns |
M606 Light Machine Gun
The M606 LMG is the standard squad support weapon for Capitol infantry and special forces. It features a "trombone" handle on the gas chamber, allowing for a variable rate of fire.
| Weapon | Weight | Length | Belt | Mode | Range | Damage | Cost |
| M-606 | 7.2 | 109 cm | 400 | auto | 900 m | 1d6+3 | 10,500 crowns |
Improved M89 Heavy Machine Gun
The Improved M89 is a gatling-style heavy machine gun typically mounted on vehicles or on a tripod. Some particularly strong soldiers actually carry the M89 into battle, as it offers a high rate of fire, but not much in the way of accuracy when carried rather than braced.
| Weapon | Weight | Length | Belt | Mode | Range | Damage | Cost |
| M-89 | 20.0 | 104 cm | 1000 | auto | 1000 m | 1d6+5 | 21,000 crowns |
SR-50 Sniper Rifle
The SR-50 Sniper Rifle is a fairly durable weapon, capable of mounting a bayonet attachment under the barrel. It sacrifices some of the range and accuracy of the Bauhaus PSG-99 in favor of slightly heavier hitting power. It has very little in the way of "bells and whistles", offering simplicity and reliability instead of features. All in all, it represents the "average" sniper rifle available to megacorporate special forces.
| Weapon | Weight | Length | Clip | Mode | Range | Damage | Cost |
| SR-50 | 5.5 | 95 cm | 12 | semi-auto | 2000 m | 1d6+4 | 10,100 crowns |
DPAT-9 Deuce Rocket Launcher
The DPAT-9 Deuce rocket-propelled grenade launcher is a fairly old design insofar as rocket launchers found on the battlefield, and has a relatively small magazine compared to most of the models used by other megacorporations. It's a fairly simple design, and one that has been well-tested, meaning that it's known to be fairly reliable. (And that means a lot to someone with a bunch of explosives resting on his shoulder.)
| Weapon | Weight | Length | Clip | Mode | Range | Damage | Cost |
| DPAT-9 Deuce | 12.8 | 81 cm | 6 | semi-auto | 300 m | 1d10+1 | 18,700 crowns |
Vehicles
Most of the vehicles in service in the Capitol armed forces have seen little change over the past few centuries, save for advances that do little to change outward appearances to the designs. Capitol vehicles have standardized parts, and are easily maintained, for the most part. While Capitol has a fair assortment of ground vehicles, it excels in aircraft. In any clashes with the other megacorporations, Capitol almost always has air superiority. This not only includes fighters and gunships, but Capitol's "Sky Shark Industries" produces a number of small one- or two-man "flying bikes" to fit a number of roles.
KA-67 Great Grey
The Great Grey is a one-man hoverbike. The military version has a mounted machine-gun under the nose, while civilian versions can be found in variant forms in use by law enforcement and for private use in Capitol holdings.
Purple Shark
The Purple Shark is a two-man hoversled, providing aerial support in small "schools" (flights) of several vehicles. Typically, there is one driver and one bombardier or spotter in the back. Older versions of the Purple Shark look more akin to flying bobsleds, and are more distinctive in the attempt by engineers to actually make the nose look reminiscent of a shark head. Newer models are sleeker and capable of better maneuvering while hovering, with less concern for the old convention of making the vehicle look remotely like a shark.
Pegasus Scout Bike
This is the smallest of the Sky Shark models, at the cutting edge of personal flying vehicles, typically used for reconnaisance in military settings, though it can also be found in a civilian version for private use. Neither version has any vehicle-mounted weapons. The military version is distinctive in having heavier armor for the vehicle (though there's none to protect the rider) and sensor arrays.
AH/UH-64 Grapeshot/Guardian Multi-Role Helicopter
This military helicopter is built with a modular design, allowing it to change roles with detachable weapons wings and compartments. As the AH-64 Grapeshot, it is Capitol's standard helicopter gunship, with a number of weapons that can be mounted to prepare it for attacks against hard or soft ground targets, or air-to-air combat. As the UH-64 Guardian, it serves as an aerial troop transport, ferrying troops into the battlefield, and then remaining in the area to provide support.
