Greywolf's Paper Models

This is a collection of "paper models" that I've created for use as miniatures for various role-playing games. I also have links to these at various places on my web site, but I decided to collect them all here (under the topic of "paper models" rather than by game genre) since there can be considerable overlap in which resources can be valued for which games.

For floor tiles or map tiles to use these miniatures on, check out my Map Tiles page. For a series of TrueType fonts including some meant to be used to make paper miniatures, check my Fonts page.

Permission is granted to download these, print them off, cut them out, and assemble them however you please. I've got a whole list of copyright and trademark notices at the bottom of this page, as I give credit for the various game systems that inspired these models, but these documents are (unless stated otherwise) copyright by me, so please don't nab them and claim them as your own.

Latest Update (9 May 2008): Paper models of wild animals for use with Pirates RPG.

Recent Update (29 Jan 2008): Paper models of sample PCs for Wonderland No More campaign.

Cougar Paper Figure Flat Critters of the Spanish Main
A sheet of miniature paper models of assorted wild beasties - a pack of four wolves, a dog, a boar, a jaguar, a cougar, and a couple of crocodiles - for 25mm-30mm gaming, particularly in the Pirates RPG and other Savage Worlds settings.
Wooden Dungeon Doors Wooden Dungeon Doors
A sheet of paper model dungeon doors you can cut out and fold over to represent doors with my map tiles. (They're made to either be folded over "prism" or "inverted T" style.)
WNM PCs Wonderland PC Figures
This document contains a set of 16 two-sided, full-color flat figure models meant for use with the Wonderland No More campaign for Savage Worlds. This includes representations of the six sample pregenerated PCs for the setting, as well as an assortment of Cards, Walking Plants, Talking Animals, and even a couple of Real World Humans (lost in Wonderland) available as alternate PCs or NPCs. (If you'd like some Chess Pieces, check the Chess Set below.)
Chess Board Floor Tile Wonderland Chess Set
This document includes a set of 8 "white" and 8 "red" chess piece fold-over paper models (with front and back artwork) inspired by the drawings of Sir John Tenniel in Alice Through the Looking-glass. This document is also available on my Map Tiles page because it includes a "chess board" piece that is usable as an 8x10 map tile (with only 8x8 squares comprising the actual chess board, of course). These paper miniatures are also useful for for the Wonderland No More campaign setting for Savage Worlds.
1924 Chrysler Touring Car 1924 Chrysler Touring Car
For 1920s-1930s gaming at (roughly) 25mm scale, this is a paper model for a 1924 Chrysler Touring Car - with or without canopy.
Savage Wheels Cars #1 Savage Wheels Cars #1
Car models for Damon Orrell's not-yet-completed Savage Worlds post-apocalyptic setting, "Savage Wheels." The sheet includes several paint variations on a single car of uncertain model, based on a piece of wreckage from one of Mr. Orrell's map tile illustrations. Various "accessories" are included that can be glued onto the models. These are printed at somewhere in the vicinity of 15mm to 20mm scale, as per the Savage Wheels game. (It's kind of "squishy" when it comes to exact scaling.)
Savage Wheels Cars #2 Savage Wheels Cars #2
More car models, this time based on a souped-up GTO pictured in Mr. Orrell's cover art. Like the previous set, models are at somewhere from 15mm to 20mm scale, and represent various color-coded team paint schemes relevant to the game setting.
Savage Wheels Cars #3 Savage Wheels Cars #3
A more futuristic car style - this based on the look of a Koenigsegg sportscar. As with other Savage Wheels basic sets, models, when assembled, are somewhere from 15mm to 20mm scale, and come in paint schemes according to the color-coded team factions from the Savage Wheels setting.
Savage Wheels Weapons Savage Wheels Weapons
An assortment of paper weapons meant to be cut out and glued onto the Savage Wheels paper model cars ... or else onto toy cars of appropriate size from certain toy companies. These are intended for use with the model cars above, at somewhere from 15mm to 20mm in scale - but it's possible that some of the weapons might be of use for 25mm scale gaming. (Your mileage may vary, as they say.)
Savage Wheels Cars #1 (Sports Car) - 25mm Scale Savage Wheels Cars #1 - 25mm Scale
A few of the Savage Wheels cars reproduced at 25mm scale for use with modern or post-apocalyptic RPGs (such as Deadlands: Hell on Earth).
Savage Wheels Cars #2 (GTO) - 25mm Scale Savage Wheels Cars #2 - 25mm Scale
A few of the Savage Wheels GTOs reproduced at 25mm scale for use with modern or post-apocalyptic RPGs (such as Deadlands: Hell on Earth).
Savage Wheels Cars #3 (Koenigsegg) - 25mm Scale Savage Wheels Cars #3 - 25mm Scale
A few of the Savage Wheels Koenigsegg cars reproduced at 25mm scale for use with modern or post-apocalyptic RPGs (such as Deadlands: Hell on Earth).
Pirates RPG Model Sloops Pirates RPG Model Sloops
These are paper model ships that may require a few non-paper materials (toothpicks, foam) to properly assemble. I have full assembly instructions, with photographs available in my Pirates RPG section. These ships are at a scale comparable to the popular (and highly recommended) plastic Pirates of the Spanish Main ships from WizKids Games - but WizKids doesn't have a model for the "Lady Faire," a sloop specific to the sample characters provided on Pinnacle's site for the Pirates RPG. Thus, I made up this sheet to help out for the next time I run a demo game at a store or convention.
Pirates RPG Paper Sloop Flats Pirates RPG Model Sloop "Flats"
Here is an execution of the paper model sloops that requires much less effort by way of assembly. The ships are just represented as regular paper "stand-up" models (sometimes called "flats" - though that term has an entirely different meaning when you're talking about Sparks paper models) without need for foam or toothpicks. 8 ships are included as two-sided models, in color.
